Shipping Policy

1. What Delivery Options Are Available?

We currently ship to Europe. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You may choose between the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 18–30 business days

  • Cost: $15

  • Free shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $350

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a 24-hour processing window (business days only) before being dispatched. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as sales and holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to monitor your delivery progress

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once the courier has scanned your parcel. You can also access your tracking status by logging into your longdistance.top account and visiting the My Orders section.

4. Taxes and Duties

Shipping costs and estimated taxes are displayed at checkout and are based on your shipping destination.

We ship all orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means:

  • Product prices shown on the Website exclude local import duties and taxes

  • Once your order arrives in your country, you are responsible for paying any customs charges, VAT, import duties, or other local taxes

  • You may be contacted by the local courier or customs office to complete the payment before final delivery

If you are unsure about your local duties and tax regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate before placing your order.

We will reach out via email after you place an order to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms where applicable.

5. Delivery Delays and Responsibility

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, longdistance cannot be held liable for any delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or carrier disruptions

  • Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer
