Return & Exchanges
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used.
Please note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale and promotional items are excluded from this policy and remain subject to our regular return/exchange terms.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product has been processed. If the order is canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
If the product has already been shipped, we regret that we cannot cancel the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original selling condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags still attached.
All items must be returned in their original packaging.
All items must be returned together in one package.
Return or exchange shipments must be sent using the same delivery service as the original shipment.
Returns and exchanges can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from within the US.
Customized items are non-returnable.
Return shipping and import fees are at the customer’s expense; returns/exchanges are not free of charge.
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits are returnable only if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
Naturally, any faulty items may be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
If we propose to reject your refund or exchange, you will be notified and may choose to have the product returned to you at your own expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process. Provide the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase
-
Photo or video evidence of the faulty product (if applicable)
Step 2: Place your receipt and the items inside the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies into the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it, as customs require these documents.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. After the courier inspects the return shipment, securely close the package.
REFUND
Upon receipt of your returned package, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak periods) for processing. If the return does not meet the conditions outlined above, the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Once your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
